    3. The butter should be melted in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to form a roux, then gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk until smooth.     • 1 cup beef broth
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

    Process:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
    2. Brown the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat, breaking it up into tiny pieces as it cooks. After browning, take the meat out of the skillet and place it aside.
